Can I take a screenshot and legally upload it to Facebook?

I took a screenshot of my family's photo shoot which I accessed via an online gallery on the photographer's website. Can I post these pictures to my private Facebook page? Does anyone have knowledge about the fair use laws that surround this issue of copyright?
