University of Vermont?

You have a good chance at it...It's somewhat competitive, they accepted 71% of applicants which is somewhat high. You have a great GPA(if its unweighted), if you have some EC's you'll do fine....Are you in-state or out of state...most of the people(75%) who attend the school are out of state...which in my opinion is high for a public university. If your instate your chances probably will increase, but if your out of state it won't hurt you too much, I think you'll most likely get in....Burlington is a nice town its on a bay, been their before but never lived there though.
