Mysterious 'peek-a-boo' rash on 12 month old.?

It's not a bug bite, that's for sure. Since she has a fever, it's probably an infection of some kind. I don't think it's connected to teething either. You should take her into the dr and have her checked out cuz I've never heard of anything like that before. It may be something serious.
